Howard Fleischman Ph.D. – President
Dr. Fleischman completed his undergraduate studies at Boston University followed by a Masters Degree in clinical psychology at Antioch College. Dr. Fleischman earned his Ph.D. from California School of Professional Psychology. Dr. Fleischman has over 30 years combined experience as a program and clinical director with California Pacific Medical Center in San Francisco & as a vice president & president of behavioral healthcare staffing companies with regional and statewide focus. During these 30 years as a manager, Dr. Fleischman has always maintained dual responsibilities as a direct service provider and manager. He has worked in a full continuum of service facilities including,outpatient, residential, forensic and inpatient settings.

Rebecca Fleischman - Vice President
Rebecca Fleischman started her career as a 9-1-1 dispatcher for a small northern California city. She then moved to the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) and promoted through the ranks to an analyst’s position with the CDCR’s Health Care Services Department. She worked for the Health Care Services for seven years working in mental health contracts and medical appeals. During her time with the CDC&R, Rebecca gained a unique skill set working in a complex correctional system and a challenging inmate population.
Dr. Fleischman and Rebecca started Psych Solutions Incorporated in 2007. In her role as Vice President, Psych Solutions Inc. utilizes Rebecca’s tremendous organizational and analytical skills to oversee budget development, financial planning and billing/collections adjudication. Rebecca consults with Dr. Fleishman with all technical parts of contract development as well as bidding on new projects.
